Great place to get repairs done. Great price, quick turn around time, very clean body work. Jeff was straight forward about everything he was going to do and what might raise the cost after they open it up. Didn't end up charging me a dime more than he quoted me. This is my go-to body repair shop from now on.
I came to Jeff to repair a small damage in my 2022 Mazda CX-5. The damage was barely visible, with paint remained intact. But for me it was (and still is) to repair it. As I hate any imperfections on any of my cars (4 total). Jeff said that he needs to take off the bumper, sand down the damage and repaint it. The Soul Red color is very difficult to match, but Jeff said he will match it perfectly. The cost was estimated at $800. When I came to pick up the car, I have noticed that while the original damage was repaired, there was a new area of damaged paint on the bumper that was absent from before the repair. Jeff tried to buff it out with a sandpaper and polish, but it just made it even worse. Scratched paint with waive plastic beneath the paint layer. If fact, the new damage of way more noticeable than the one I wanted to repair. Plus, when I have looked at the car outside, the color didn’t match well. You can immediately see the difference. Eventually Jeff offered me a refund of $600, which was nice of him. But to me it seems still not fair. I came to repair a minor damage, was left with a new minor damage and a mismatching bumper, and I paid $200 for this. Not a good deal. Overall, I would evaluate my experience with the business as poor. I am still rating it as 2 stars because Jeff is a nice guy to deal with and he was somewhat fair. Consider well before taking your business there.Update (11/4/2022) - the paint started to blemish just a few weeks since the painting. Very poor quality. Super disappointing.
